Radiant Beer Co. and St. Michael’s Abbey joined forces to celebrate four much venerated saints: this is the ABBEY SERIES. Our first entry, Sanctus Florianus, is a spiritually-crafted 8.2% Hoppy Belgian-Style Blonde Ale. Dosed with traditional Belgian candi sugar and lightly dry-hopped with a modern New Zealand bill of Nelson, Riwaka, and Motueka, the result is a complex, yet dangerously easy-drinking beer. Bone-dry, with a surprisingly bright palatibility, flavors entwine between Belgian yeast esters of delicate stone and pomme fruit, and the fruity, tropical New Zealand hop character. Come drink like the monks of new.
