Pretty Majestical – New Zealand IPA

We tried to capture the flavor of New Zealand and let’s just say… it’s PRETTY MAJESTICAL. This NZ-focused IPA is packed with Nelson Sauvin, Riwaka, and Motueka, and accented with just a touch of Strata and Cashmere for those homesick hopheads. A clear yellow body with majestically retentive white foam bursts with aromas of gooseberry, and zesty white grapefruit and lime. Flavors of passion fruit, citrus zest, and guava and melon complement this bright, balanced-bitterness, dry and highly carbed IPA.
