Usually we start with the highest quality hops, blending some old and new, in a combination that could look something like Nelson, Riwaka, Citra, Strata, Mosaic, and Waimea. Then you can achieve that bright, beautiful profile we strive for with tropical aromas of passionfruit and peach ring gummies and flavors of mango and gooseberry that follow suit.
