Zoom in – we made a new XPA and it’s quite a LITTLE BEAUTY. A New Zealand Cascade Extra Pale Ale with big emphasis on that NZ Cascade part, courtesy of our friends at Garston Hops. This is a punchy, hop-forward XPA with a beautiful pale straw pour and lots of fruity aromas and flavor; mango, papaya, and tangerine with a little lime and a whiff of wheat behind the hop character. Dry, highly carbonated, and easy-drinking – it’s quite a little beauty.
