The nice thing about drinking an IPA in 2023… IT HAS WI-FI. This 7.3% Westie is a Strata-heavy brew with Mosaic and just a (mega)bit of Cashmere – a Modern India Pale Ale that boasts a heavy bandwith of aroma without lagging on flavor. The initial pour screens a high-res but slightly-unfiltered straw with a white head. Dialed up aromas of nectarine and fruit loops present link after link of peach, kumquat, and strawberry pages – err – notes.
