Do you see our newest beer? It’s HIDDEN IN THE STARS. A 5% German-style Pilsner with Saphir and Tettnang hops that shines as crystal clear as the celestial bodies that inspired it. Aromas of freshly baked sourdough bread, hay, black tea, and lemon peel float off of a superbly retained head of white foam. There’s a firm bitterness that defies the gravity between the pils malt breadiness and the floral, earl grey character derived from the noble hops. Imbibe the interstellar.
