Bouncing Around the Room – Hazy IPA

Our first ever beer with Anchovy hops has us BOUNCING AROUND THE ROOM! This 6.6% Hazy IPA features Citra, Mosaic, Simcoe, and the fairly-new, very-intriguing, completely un-related to aquatic life, Anchovy hops! In addition to the notes and aromas of watermelon hard candy derived from the Anchovy hops, we’re getting a wonderful blend of pineapple, mango, and tangerine. A low bitterness, pillowy mouthfeel, and soft carbonation perfectly encapsulates this blend of nuanced sweet fruity candy and more prevalent tropical fruit and citrus. Let’s go fishing for more hazies!
