(2025) 500ml Bottle – Shifting Skies Barleywine Ale Aged in Bourbon Barrels

A special collab for these SHIFTING SKIES. We teamed up with our friends at Pure Project to release a Single Barrel Barleywine, selecting a base aged 48 months in spectacular W.L. Weller 7-yr Barrels. The result is a no-frills, adjunctless, honest, absolutely luxurious 15.7% Barleywine that’s oozing deep bourbon character. The pour shines a deep bronze hue that culminates in a thin, tan foam and wafts delicate scents of toffee and bourbon-soaked raisins. We perceive complex notes of chewy toffee, dates, brown sugar, and Christmas Cake on each warming sip – a palate of elegance that shifts the skies before another.
