Weller 12yr Bourbon Barrels for 38 months and conditioned on Bolivian Heirloom Cacao Nibs and brûléed bananas, this is an 11.5% decadent delicacy. An inky-black pour gorgeously adheres to the glass with a head of dainty, tan foam that ultimately emanates a swirl of fudge, nougat, bourbon, and caramelized banana aromas. A shockingly rich and full mouthfeel exudes luxury as you peel back flavor upon flavor of velvety layered chocolate, vanilla, and bananas foster, all through a lovely underlying barrel character.
